Cancellation & Refund Policy for The Mini Medium, Stephanie Cowan.
To honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
If an appointment is rescheduled by either the client or Stephanie Cowan within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the full amount paid will be applied to the rescheduled session or may be kept as a credit on file for future use.
If Stephanie Cowan needs to reschedule due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled as soon as possible and given scheduling priority, or the payment may be kept as a credit on file for future use.
By booking a session with Mini Medium, StephanieCowan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.

Group readings over 5 people or parties are required to pay a $100.00 deposit to hold the date. Prices vary depending on size of group reading or party. Final pricing will be determined and contract sent 3 days before event.
